Brief Summary

The purpose of this study is to assess and evaluate the effects of applying slow-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) to the unaffected hemisphere to decrease interhemispheric inhibition of the lesioned hemisphere in combination with standard physiotherapy protocol to subacute stroke patients’ muscle tone, overall body function, functional reach, and gait velocity. To compare how effective various interventions are, the data will be gathered and examined.
