Brief Summary

In a Randomized Controlled Trial, researchers will investigate the impact of Plyometric Training and Core Training on agility and speed among young collegiate cricket players. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two training groups: Plyometric Training and Core Training. Agility and speed tests will be conducted both before and after the training interventions. Descriptive statistics and ANOVA will be used to analyze the data and to assess the impact of the training methods on agility and speed. The findings of this study will have important implications for coaches and trainers in the sport of cricket. The results may guide them in designing training programs to improve the agility and speed of young collegiate cricket players. Additionally, this study may provide valuable information for future research on the effectiveness of plyometric training and core training on athletic performance. This study will provide important insights into the effectiveness of plyometric training and core training on agility and speed among young collegiate cricket players.
