Brief Summary   This  Prospective Randomized, Comparative study done in Department of Anaesthesia, ABVIMS and Dr. RML hospital to compare Ultrasound guided Suprascapular Nerve Block with lignocaine and Triamcinolone and Pulsed Radiofrequency Neuromodulation of Suprascapular nerve for pain relief in patients with Adhesive Capsulitis. The pain relief is measured by Numerical Rating Score and post procedure improved disability is assess by Shoulder Pain and Disability Index in recovery room immediately after the procedure and again assessed in OPD up to three months at regular intervals.
