Each participant in the study will be assessed for following Primary outcome parameters are as follows:-
1.To compare the severity of post operative sore throat.

Parameters recorded at after extubation in PACU( at o hour),at 2 hr,4hr,8hr,12hr and after 24 hour

Each participant in the study will be assessed for following Secndary outcome parameters are as follows
To compare the effect of preoperative nebulization on hemodynamic response to intubation in both the groups.
To compare the effect of preoperative nebulization on hemodynamic response to extubation in both the group. 
To compare effects of post operative cough & hoarseness in both the groups.
To record complications if any. 
Will be nebulised 20 minutes before surgery & Haemodynamic parameter will be assessed baseline & after nebulization in preoperatively After induction Hemodynamic parameter will be assessed intraoperatively after induction at 5min & then every 10min till the extubation at 5min & 10min post extubation
Post operative cough recorded in PACU 0 Hour at 2hr at 4 hr at 8 hr at 12 hr at 24hr
