Brief Summary
|
The study will be conducted in competitive badminton players in Lovely Professional
University, Punjab. The players will be included in the study after proper evaluation once
fulfilling the inclusion and exclusion criteria with proper consent. The players should be
physically fit according to the PARQ scoring.
Later players will be asked to do warm up exercises. The players can use their own
racquet and foot wears. The size of the grip is measured using inch tape, weight of the
racquet is measured by weighing machine and the grip strength can be measured by hand
held dynamometer. The four fundamental services like short, long, flick, drive in
badminton are tested here with accuracy method. So the players will be asked to
familiarize the tests before performing the test. There will be 10 repetition of two sets of
each service. The test will be done on the basis of marking system. The average score
will be taken. |
