Brief Summary
|
The aim of the study is to evaluate the clinical , radiological and histological effectiveness of autogenous tooth graft in preserving the extracted alveolar socket. The purpose of this study is to preserve the alveolar dimension of the extracted alveolar socket by using autogenous tooth graft which will aid in successful accomplishment of future rehabilitation. The objective of the study is to assess the effectiveness of autogenous tooth graft in preserving the extracted alveolar socket , using radiological segmental CBCT evaluation of socket width and socket height and histological evaluation using punch biopsy after 6 months and prepare the site for future prosthetic rehabilitation and implant placement . Informed consent will be obtained.Extraction will be done under Local Anaesthesia using 2% Lignocaine and 1:80,000 Adrenaline.Preparation and sectioning of the teeth will be done.Grinding and Cleansing the particulate.Graft material will be obtained , placed in the socket and sutured.Radiographic evaluation: segmental Cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT). Radiographic assessment –Baseline -immediately ,postoperatively: 3month and 6month.Punch biopsy will be perfomed after 6 month.Histological analysis of new woven bone formation using hematoxylin and eosin stain will be done.
