Brief Summary
|
It is an intervention type study and will be conducted on 62 state-level basktball players. Aim of the study is to find effect of combined plyometrics and kinesio-taping application in enhancement of muscle power and shooting accuracy in basketball players after 4 weeks. The primary outcome measure will be to measure muscle power of upper limb using medicine ball throw test and shooting accuracy using stationary free throw shooting test (SFTST) |
