Brief Summary  

Menstrual cycle is a very important reproductive cycle. Each and every girl/ women will be menstruated according to their puberty. But nowadays many are not getting menstrual cycle properly because of Poly cystic ovarian syndrome and many other hormonal reasons and those who get menstrual cycle they are suffering from a lot of menstrual problems especially stress. So it is a need that each and every girl especially those who are in the health sectors  must be able to cope up with the menstrual stress occurring in normal menstrual bleed every month as it is a part of her life and they can explain to anyone who are in need.

Aim and objective: In this project we are going to expand the knowledge of menstrual health and hygiene and the associated stress faced by the young female students.
