Comparator Agent  20 minutes of sitting  The control group will be given 20 minutes of sitting, crossed hands and forward bent alone (without water immersion). Duration of intervention:20 minutes 
Intervention  Hot Arm and Foot Bath  The subjects will be asked to be in sitting position with minimal dress and Subjects are instructed to drink a glass of tepid water. The subjects will be asked to immerse their both upper limbs (Fingers, hands, wrist joints, forearms and elbow joints) and both lower limbs (Toes, foot, ankle joints and half of the legs till the origin of the Achilles tendon) in the specially prepared tub filled with hot water (38–40 °C) for the duration of 20 min. The intervention will be in the evening between 4 pm and 7:00 pm. The temperature of the water will check for every 5 min interval using water thermometer. If, reduction in temperature found below 38 °C, addition of hot water will be employed (only one time between 10th and 15th min of intervention) to maintain the temperature within the desired range Duration of intervention : 20 minutes

3. Systolic blood pressure (SBP) ≥140 mmHg and/or a diastolic blood pressure (DBP)≥90 mmHg; with or without antihypertensive drugs

2. History of heart attack.
3. History of stroke or transient ischemic attack.
4. Congestive heart failure.
5. Severe liver disease.
