Dental caries is a chronic, complex, site-specific illness that affects people worldwide. Fluoride topical agents can be used to prevent dental caries. Early carious lesions are remineralized by topical fluoride, while healthy enamel is remineralized by oral fluoride. Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF) and Sodium Varnish (NaF) are two frequently used topical fluoride therapies in paediatric dentistry, to prevent dental cavities. In order to guarantee patient compliance and treatment effectiveness, it is crucial to assess the acceptance of these treatments by children. |
