Intervention  High frequency yoga breathing (kapalbhati, bhastrika)  1 minute of breathing practice at different rates (0.5 Hz, 1Hz, 2 Hz) following 1 minute of relaxation. repetition three times.  
Comparator Agent  walking on treadmill (Bruce protocol)  Brisk walking at a speed of 1.7 miles/hour for 20 minutes.

Details  (i) Normal healthy volunteers with age range from 18 to 30.
(ii) Willingness to participate in the trial.
(iii) Participants having experience of yoga more than 6 months will be recruited in the study
 
 
ExclusionCriteria 
Details  (i) The presence of cognitive or neurological disorders, based on a medical history and routine clinical examination. In addition, the following tests would be used:
a. Evidence of identifiable cognitive impairment: It will be assessed using the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MOCA). Persons with scores lower than 24 will be excluded from further participation.
(ii) Intake of medication, which is known to influence cognitive or autonomic functions.
(iii) Smoking or alcoholism which may influence cognitive functions, sensory and motor variables.
