Brief Summary   The study aims to identify the common indications for referrals, so as to strengthen skill training of the health workers in peripheral health centres and hence prevent the last minute referrals to reduce morbidity and mortality. The data will help formulate better policies for efficient and timely referrals to tertiary care centres. This will help to come up with appropriate interventions to improve obstetric outcomes in the district of Belagavi
