Brief Summary
In this study, 120 patients diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) will be selected based on specific inclusion criteria and randomly divided into three groups. Each group will be instructed to engage in daily practices for a period of 60 days.

Patients will be provided with guidance and demonstrations in a dedicated ward to ensure proper execution of the practices. The first group will practice pranayama, the second group will recite the Gayatri mantra, and the third group will engage in reciting the sadbhavana mantra.

Before and after the 60-day intervention period, all participants will undergo investigations tailored to their individual needs. Additionally, each group will receive 10 minutes of relaxation before the intervention sessions. Furthermore, all three groups will have access to clonazepam 0.25MG for managing subjective anxiety symptoms on an as-needed basis.

The study aims to assess the effectiveness of these different practices in reducing symptoms of anxiety in patients with GAD, while also considering the potential impact on subjective well-being and overall mental health.
