Brief Summary   My thesis aims to study the utilization of technology enabled mental health and well being among resident doctors. To the best of our knowledge, there is a paucity of studies related to utilization of technology enabled mental health care (TEM) and well being among resident doctors in India. In today’s era of digitalization, numerous digital tools are available for psychosocial wellness and stress management, however there are no studies assessing their utilization.
Therefore through this study, we aim to assess the utilization of technology for mental health and well being among resident doctors and to study the pattern of technology use for mental health and well being among resident doctors.
The study design is an exploratory sequential mixed method type which will be conducted among resident doctors working in Maulana Azad Medical College and associated hospitals, New Delhi.
