Subject Between 25 and 65 years old. Subjects with full-time employment with a minimum of 1 year of teaching experience. |

History of any disease and disorders.

Brief Summary
|
This study will adopt a cross-sectional design, allowing for the examination of the prevalence and distribution of musculoskeletal disorders among university teachers at a specific point in time. By employing standardized assessment tools and measurements, we will gather data on the participants& body compositions, including body fat percentage, muscle mass, and bone density. Additionally, comprehensive surveys and questionnaires will be administered to collect information on work-related factors, lifestyle choices, and the presence of musculoskeletal symptoms. |
