Brief Summary
|
It is a prospective observational study to evaluate the efficacy of inj defame that’s one as an adjuvant to inj bupivacaine in ultrasound guided transverse abdominus plane block in children undergoing appendicectomy surgeries.
By this study we want to see the comparison between plane normal saline and inj dexamethasone efficacy in the block by assessing the pain scores after the surgery. |
